Dentre essas situa\u00e7\u00f5es podemos destacar o fato do empregador exigir do empregado, por exemplo, servi\u00e7os extremamente pesados e\/ou desumanos, servi\u00e7os ilegais ou at\u00e9 mesmo servi\u00e7os que fogem da fun\u00e7\u00e3o para a qual o empregado foi contratado.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Al\u00e9m dessas situa\u00e7\u00f5es h\u00e1 ainda diversas outras que podem configurar ass\u00e9dio moral desde que a conduta esteja imbu\u00edda de abuso de direito e\/ou ilegalidade. Dentre outras situa\u00e7\u00f5es podemos citar o <b>emprego de rigor\u00a0 excessivo contra o trabalhador, ofensa moral (apelidos, gritos, palavr\u00f5es), f\u00edsica ou psicol\u00f3gica, a persegui\u00e7\u00e3o, a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o inexplic\u00e1vel do servi\u00e7o do trabalhador prejudicando o sal\u00e1rio do mesmo, a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o negativa da imagem do trabalhador perante os demais colegas de trabalho, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do poder diretivo com a exig\u00eancia de metas sob pena de puni\u00e7\u00e3o ou demiss\u00e3o, gerar puni\u00e7\u00f5es por motivos banais<\/b>.
